Weekly Update from Gospel Believers Fellowship

Warm greetings and love from Kenya, Africa in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
We trust and pray you are fine and doing well.

SUNDAY SERVICES AT  KABULA GBF CHURCH:
The Lord gave us a chance to visit Kabula Church for prayers about New Church building construction. We enjoyed the time given for the Sermon, African Drum Songs for Praise and Worship was so moving!
We led 4 People to the Lord at the Alter-call and prayed for several Brethren for healing and deliverance.

ERNEST MASIKA FUNERAL:

We were given an opportunity on Friday July 22nd  to hold Funeral / Burial service for a Catholic Church Member by grace that his two Children are our church Members at Kibachenje. More than a Thousand attended and God really moved powerfully, destroying the powers of Witchcraft, Sorcery, Familiar spirits. The Lord brought to Himself at least 40 People who gave their lives to Christ and the wave still going touching more.

THE OKETI GRANDSON:
The Overseer Oketi Grandson 14yrs was laid to rest on Saturday 23rd in Butere, Kakamega County where more than a Thousand attended the Burial and God brought to Himself at least 50 who received the Gospel and gave their lives to Christ. We bless the Lord for the Gospel event.

 

RICHARD MBINGA BURIAL SERVICE:

The same Saturday July 23rd, as we divided among ourselves, one group attended the Funeral of late Richard Mbinga, a church member of Butieli Church branch, Brother Bushebi spoke the Word and encouraged the Family and attendants. The service saw over 2000 attendants where at least 70 people gave their lives to God.

 

 

 

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST: Things are not good!!!
We humbly request for prayers towards the tough times we are experiencing individually and as a Ministry. Things are not the same again!
The rise of the prices of Gas/ Petroleum has caused a major concern about the lives of many. The prices of the basic commodities have overtaken everything and stricken the majority living under $1 dollar a day. We are seeing the anguish, suffering, hunger and starvation. With many small Loans Applications, a lot of People are unable to service nor sustain their lives. May our Lord Jesus Christ help us all!!!

KENYA’S ELECTIONS AND PRAYERS:
We are in prayer about our Country’s Elections that usually are marred with Rigging claims, Tribal animosity and Violence between the opposite contenders and their supporters. In 2007 and in 2017 we were forced to stay indoors for 8 days and 5days without Food nor Services. Please, pray for us as we get into it on August 9th. Schools will be closed again because of the same. It is wise to have some Food stocks during this time as we wait upon the Lord for peace. God is above all!!!

PRAYER WITH FASTING:
We are pressing on by Faith in much prayer to see God through all the happenings. We are calling upon the Lord on the conditions that are deteriorating; We know Jesus is the Solution for all!!!
