Please join me in praying for Pastor Nathan Mulungo of Mercy Fellowship Ministries in Kenya. I believe you will be blessed as you read his testimony and about his ministry.
From Pastor Mulungo:
My name is pastor Nathan Mulungo of Mercy Fellowship Ministries based in Farfural Kongoni Kakamega
County Kenya East Africa.
I received Jesus Christ in 1996. One evening I was invited to an interdenominational fellowship of which was held every evening. When I went to that place I was drunk. A woman named Betty was teaching the word of God, when I heard that word of God I felt a fearful spirit and I asked her to pray for me. From there I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ.
Then they invited me to their church. I stayed at that church, of the people that led me to Jesus Christ, and I was raised for 8 years. During that time I was given the chance to teach Sunday School. After 3 years I was appointed to be Assistant Pastor.
Then 2 years later the Lord spoke to me, telling me that I should go and open a church at a place called Bwayi village. I then spoke to my spiritual father who prayed for me and allowed me to go and plant a church where God was leading me. Right now I pasture at a place called Mois Bridge Kwenet Area Uasin Gishu County.
Right now I have 55 church members, also I have planted 5 churches in different counties Here in Kenya. I have baptized over 50 people. Recently on last weekend we had crusade at a Place called Godown_Machine Area. Many people they accept Jesus Christ around 20. People 4mens and 16 women’s.
I have eager to reach many souls in rural areas. Where many Pastors don’t want to minister there because many people are poor and they cannot give Tithe. My vision is to reach in rural area spreading the word of God.
The need that I want you to pray for me. The church where we normally worship all these five churches they don’t have church plot and building they are in rental. Also transportation it is very different for me and my fellow Pastors that I have appointed them. We travel over 15 to 20 km using the bicycles.
Also it is my prayer that servant of God in this churches we have poor people who doesn’t afford to buy Bibles. I believe with God everything is possible.
God bless you so much for keeping in touch. I hope to hear from you again. For any question I am ready to answer.
Your brother in the lord,
Pastor Nathan Sifuna
