I am Pastor David Samuel from India; initiated mission called Indian Rural Gospel Mission (IRGM) that involve in evangelism, out-reach, discipleship training, radio ministry, church planting, and community development social service and orphanage since 2002.

And also initiated the council called Council for Indian Christian and Ministers (CICM) that teach, train, equip, encourage and empower pastors and leaders to fulfilling great commission of Lord Jesus Christ and also giving study Bible for their spiritual formation.

Gospel has been preaching since Apostle Thomas came to India, but Indian Christian population is only 2.6%, because of so many reasons.

There are thousands and thousands of people yet to be evangelized in huge land of India until they are not reached by the gospel, how can we Christian take rest?  When the Millions and Millions of people are going towards the burning hell how can we rest, unless we reach them they are going to be perished.

Here many pastors, when they start the ministry, they start with zeal, speed, faith and spiritual etc. but gradually their speed, zeal spiritual level is going down and many are going away from mission and vision. And many pastors are doing ministry without have theological course, ordination and ministry license so every month organize 40-50 pastors teach, train, equip, encourage and empower pastors and leaders for fulfilling great commission of Lord Jesus Christ and giving ordination and ministry license and also every year 10 untrained pastors are selected and giving one year ministry training in our Word of Wisdom Bible School.
